All orders are processed within 2-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping charges are included at checkout. All shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Opulence Luxury & Vintage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your new preloved item. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see


All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a refund merchandise authorization (RMA) number, place the item securely in its original packaging and a proof that the item is unchanged and intact, in the same condition it was delivered to, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return that includes insurance.


Opulence Luxury & Vintage allow any return of merchandise. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds (only within the EU) may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card, depending on you paying method and credit card company. We will notify you by mail when your return has been processed.
